Binge Breakers Blueprint
This blueprint was created as a way to help YOU overcome your food binges. A little story about me before you wonder "who the f*ck is this guy?"
My name is Grant Murray and I am a personal trainer/business owner. I struggled with my weight in high school, being 60kg and fluctuating up and down and I was constantly bullied and told "You have to eat more" or "You are light" Now that I am out of school/college I am learning to put the right amount of foods and quality of foods in my body for a healthier lifestyle.
Why should you listen to me and how can this blueprint help you?
Where I started in the gym:
